Who WE are...

Solutions Plus Realty, LLC was formed to create a group of highly trained and dedicated professionals equipped with the experience and skills to complete real estate sales smoothly and to exceed our clients expectations in this ever-changing industry.

Each sales associates has been in the business at least 2 years and has completed a minimum of 5 transactions before joining Solutions Plus Realty, LLC.  Each is required to attend training on a regular basis with an average of 3 hours per month, far exceeding the Georgia Real Estate Commission's requirement of 6 hours per YEAR.  This enables us to stay abreast of new laws and regulations as they come into effect.

Our associates are not part-timers working another full time job, only to complete a deal here and there.  They are full-time professionals who devote their full attention and resources to serving each client.

Many real estate offices are so large the brokers don't have time to become familiar with every transaction.  Not at Select Properties of Georgia. We are a small company with full broker support for each and every sale to ensure that contracts are written correctly and paperwork is complete, so that each client is properly represented.
